The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA), Dr Zweli Mkhize will, on Friday 12 April 2019, hand over the Mbizana Water Reticulation Project to the community of Nkantolo at Mbizana in the Eastern Cape.
