Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Richard Baloyi, has today paid tribute to the late queen of abaThembu - NoMoscow Dalindyebo - at Bumbane Palace in Umthatha, in the Eastern Cape. Minister Baloyi has described the late Queen Mother as a true leader that has shown leadership skills and given good guidance to her community and the nation.
“ As government we share the pain and loss, we hope the family finds comfort and come to terms with the reality that there is a time for everything in life,” said Minister Baloyi.
“Queen NoMoscow ran her race in life, fought a good fight and should now be released to her loved one - her late husband.”
The late Queen Mother received an official funeral after it was declared a provincial official funeral by the Presidency.
