Pretoria, 04 February 2010 - Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Sicelo Shiceka, will tomorrow visit King Mabhoko III of AmaNdebele aKwa-Nzuza as part of his plans to visit all Kings to discuss issues of service delivery and governance. King Mabhoko III is one of the kings whose kingship was recently confirmed by the Commission on Traditional Leadership Disputes and Claims which was appointed by President Jacob Zuma.
