The Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Masenyani Richard Baloyi, will be reconstituting the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) on 16 August 2012 in Pretoria. Members of the National House will be sworn in and thereafter elections of leadership will be conducted. The chairperson and deputy chairperson will be elected during the inauguration.
