Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Deputy Minister, Andries Nel delivered a keynote address at the Vision 2030 Summit in Johannesburg.
Deputy Minister Nel called on all South Africans to rally together and build a better and prosperous country. “Let us remember that the challenges we face today, pale into comparison, to what we have already overcome,” he said.
