The Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa, His Excellency Mr DD Mabuza, will in terms of section 33 (1) (b) of the Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Act, 2019 (Act 3 of 2019), deliver the annual address to the National House of Traditional and Khoi-San Leaders (the House), as designated by the State President. The annual address will mark the official opening of the House.

The guests invited to attend include, Cabinet Ministers; Deputy Ministers; Premiers; MECs responsible for Traditional Affairs; Kings; EXCO Members of Provincial Houses of Traditional Leaders; CONTRALESA; Business Sector; Religious Sector; NGOs and Representatives from amongst others, SADC Countries; National Khoi-San Council as well as Chapter 9 Institutions. However, as per Covid-19 Regulations, a limited number of people will be allowed.
Members of the Media are thus invited to cover the event.
The event will be a hybrid of virtual and contact sessions, links will be shared upon receipt of confirmations.
