The Deputy Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Ms Thembisile Nkadimeng will address the Institute of Municipal People Practitioners of Southern Africa’s 37th International conference under the theme “Developing an inspired workforce”.
Accordingly, Deputy Minister Nkadimeng will address the conference on how stakeholders in the local government sector can collaborate towards an ideal municipality; ethical leadership and amendments to local government legislation; Skills gap in local government; as well as Professionalisation of the sector.
