The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA) Thembi Nkadimeng has completed her Masters Degree of Public Administration and Management at the University of Limpopo’s Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership (TGSL).
The Minister will however not be able to attend the graduation ceremony scheduled to be held on Saturday, 22 April 2023 in Turfloop.
The CoGTA family congratulates Minister Nkadimeng on achieving this important milestone.
The Minister completed a mini-dissertation linked to the local government portfolio- “Remedial factors that affect the promotion of good governance in a dysfunctional municipality: the case of Madibeng Local Municipality in North West Province, South Africa”.
The mini-dissertation of the Minister will go a long way to guide the local government sector to bring the much needed changes in Local government that will surely benefit communities through ensuring clean governance and unlocking viable economic opportunities for local authorities.
