The Deputy Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Dr. Namane Dickson Masemola will deliver the keynote address at the Gauteng Local Government Turnaround Summit.
The Summit will bring together leaders from all three spheres of government— national, provincial, and local as well as experts from the private sector, civil society and academia.
