The Deputy Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Dr. Namane Dickson Masemola will address the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) North West Provincial Members Assembly.

The Assembly is in accordance with Section 23.1 of the SALGA Constitution which states that – provincial members shall, at least once a year, hold a meeting of members to be known and described in the notice calling such meeting as the Provincial Members Assembly.

As such, the North West PMA will be attended by all municipalities in the province represented by delegates including Executive/Mayors, Speakers, Chief whips, MMCs Finance, MMCs Planning, and Corporate Services.
