Deputy Minister Burns-Ncamashe together with Ikosi VW Mahlangu and Professor David Mosoma are joining the ‘Its Topical’ host, Blain Herman at the SABC studio for a discussion on efforts that should be made to end the ongoing initiates’ deaths at circumcision schools in the country.

Ikosi Mahlangu represents the National House of Traditional and Khoi-San Leaders and is the Chairperson: National Initiation Oversight Committee (NIOC) and Heritage & Culture Committee.
