Today, Departments: Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister, Dr Zweli Mkhize convened the MINMEC meeting attended by various provincial CoGTA MECs. The meeting looked at the work of COGTA including interventions to assist dysfunctional municipalities & work related to the Department of Traditional Affairs.
